Match the vehicle to the complete journey
Passenger count is only one part of vehicle selection. Consider luggage, trip duration, elderly travellers, child seats or extra comfort, pickup road access and whether the group will carry shopping or religious items on the return.
Vehicle model versus category
A booking may be confirmed by vehicle category rather than a guaranteed exact model. Ask what category, seating plan and luggage capacity are being offered. The final vehicle is subject to availability and should be reconfirmed before departure.
Keep capacity realistic
Do not plan to use every seat when the group also has large bags. Share accurate passenger and luggage information so the team can discuss a comfortable, lawful option. For larger groups, ask about a tempo traveller or another suitable vehicle.
